Meet Jade Telnes, FNP-BC
As a proud Lake Havasu City native, I am honored to serve the community that has always been my home. My roots run deep here as my parents attended high school in Lake Havasu City, and I am grateful for the opportunity to care for the friends, families, and neighbors who make this community so special.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences, with minors in Chemistry and Psychological Sciences, from Northern Arizona University. I later completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Roseman University of Health Sciences, graduating with honors, before earning my Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, also graduating with honors.
My Story
My passion for healthcare is deeply personal.
After my late father was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer, my family and I became his primary caregivers. Navigating that journey showed me firsthand the importance of having healthcare providers who take the time to listen, educate, and support patients and families during life's most difficult moments.
His experience inspired my path toward becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner and continues to guide the care I provide today.
One thing my father always said was :"A healthy man has a million wishes, but a sick man only has one."
